At Silk Sonnet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your Women's ready-to-wear items, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• You must initiate your refund request within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Process for Refund:

1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a refund request.
2. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and documentation.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timeline:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for refunds.
